Took a break from English? No problem! This video is all about how to restart your English without feeling overwhelmed or guilty. It doesn’t matter if it’s been weeks, months, or even years since you last studied English; you want to start back, and you’re wondering how to do it. I’ll be sharing simple tips that help you return to English without getting burned out. And it starts with just 5 minutes of your time.
What you’ll learn:
Start Small ➡️
You don’t need to study for hours. Just 5 to 15 minutes a few times a week can make a real difference.
Keep it simple ➡️
Listen to part of a podcast, review a few words, or write one or two sentences. It doesn’t have to be complicated.
Add time gradually ➡️
When you’re ready, slowly increase how long or often you study. Like training a cat to wake up later (true story!), slow gradual change works best.
Don’t rush ➡️
Jumping into complex grammar or long lessons right away can feel frustrating. Focus on the things you can already do easily in English first.
Use a timer ➡️
Set it for five minutes, do one English learning task, and stop when the timer ends. Make it easy to start and easy to repeat.
